Policy Tool Kit

Cornell policies are owned by a "responsible office" under the sponsorship of a vice president or academic dean ("responsible executive").  Representatives of these responsible offices work closely with the University Policy Office (UPO) to draft, present for approval, promulgate, and maintain their policies.
